More info This is a consultation for hair colouring. All new clients need a consultation and a skin test before we agree to a colour appointment. All existing clients that haven't been in for a colour with us within the last 6 months will also need a new skin test.

If you are an existing client that's going for something completely different to what you usually have done then a new consultation is required.

Thanks for understanding that we charge £5 for this due to the time required to assess your hair, discuss the options available, perform skin tests and strand tests on the hair to ensure we can achieve the desired outcome. View less

More info The consultation is your opportunity to ask questions. We will assess your hair, match up your colour, advise which method is best for you and decide the amount of hair needed. We cannot price based on what you’ve had previously, we do have to assess this.

If you are not happy with your hair colour and you want us to do that for you, please book a colour consultation instead before booking an extension consultation as your hair needs to be the right colour first. It is also recommended to NOT get your hair cut otherwise the extensions are likely to cost more.
There is no obligation to go ahead but if you do wish to then a deposit of 50% will be taken to secure your fitting appointment. The remainder 50% can then be paid when the hair is fitted.
If you know you definitely would like to book the fitting in then you can do this under hair extension fitting. Make sure you book this for at least 3 business days after the consultation unless we have agreed to an earlier fitting date. View less

More info If you are making a consultation appointment and you know you definitely want extensions then you can book the fitting in advance to secure it. Unless you have checked with us before hand then please book it no earlier than 3 working days after your consultation appointment so there is time for hair to be delivered. The £150 is just a deposit for fitting, the full price for the extensions will be given to you at the consultation.

Face framing highlights add on to hair extension refit

More info This is a maximum of 10 foils around the face to brighten up a rooty or balayage look. This service can be added onto a hair extension refit but you do need to come with freshly washed and dried hair. The foils will be fitted then the hair extension refit started while foils are processing. Then the hair will be washed off over the sink.
